We will have a 30 minute online private consultation a few weeks before the start of the course to discuss what you need from this course, giving me time to shape the course for you personally.
Perhaps work commitments prevent you from joining a group course, perhaps this is a subsequent pregnancy and finding a regular babysitter for your other children is hard work. Perhaps you just prefer a private setting, without having to worry about making small talk. Perhaps there is something you particularly desire out of this course that you feel might not be possible in a group course. Perhaps you just want to stay in the comfort of your own home. Perhaps you had a difficult first birth and what a calm space dedicated to you. Perhaps you are planning a Caesarean Birth and want something to make you feel calm and empowered. Perhaps you are planning a VBAC and want support with navigating the system. Whatever the reason I am here to support you.
This course comes with a 30 min consultation, course workbooks, which include a birth plan guide and postpartum plan guide, a set of powerful mp3 tracks to download, on-going support right up until the birth of your baby, exclusive client discounts to the Radiant Birth Club and other courses.

Fully personalised 10 hour antenatal and hypnobirthing course covering all the essentials of postpartum planning, physiological birth, birth choices and hypnobirthing techniques. The topics that are important to you will be our focal point.
Held over 4 x 2.5 hour sessions on the days and times that suit you. Consecutive weeks, or spread out across your pregnancy.
This will also include a 30 min online consultation call 3 weeks prior to your course date so that I can tailor the content to your needs.
If you live beyond an hours drive from Woodstock, a fuel surcharge will apply. If you live further beyond or abroad we can conduct this course online.
