By booking a class, course, workshop, circle or private session with Courageous Births and Beyond, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions.
Payment
Group Courses, Workshops and Circles
Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
Places are limited and your booking is not confirmed until payment has been recieved.
Payments are non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances or where stated otherwise.
Private 1:1 Support
A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full no later than three full weeks before the first session.
If booking within three weeks of the first session, the full balance will be due immediately.
All payments should be made via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.
For private sessions held in your home, a mileage charge may apply for locations more than 20 miles from Woodstock, Oxfordshire.
Cancellations and Refunds
Group Sources, Workshops and Circles
Bookings are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, please contact me and I will do my best to offer an alternative where possible.
Where a course or circle is booked as a block, payment is for the full programme and not individual sessions.
Radiant Birth Club
If, after attending the first session of a Radiant Birth Club block, you feel the circle is not the right fit for you, you may request a refund for any remaining sessions in the block. Refund requests must be made within seven days of attending the first session.
No refunds will be given for sessions already attended.
Private 1:1 Support
The £50 deposit is non-refundable.
If you cancel after the course has started, no refund will be given for sessions already delivered.
Rescheduling Sessions
For private 1:1 sessions, at least 48 hours’ notice is required if you need to rearrange an appointment.
Where less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session may be forfeited and no refund will be provided, except in exceptional circumstances.
Changes Made by Courageous Births and Beyond
In the unlikely event that a session, course or event needs to be cancelled or postponed, an alternative date will be offered wherever possible.
If an alternative cannot be provided, a refund will be issued for any sessions not yet delivered.
If circumstances beyond my control prevent an in-person session form taking place (for example severe weather or other unforeseen circumstance), sessions may be moved online or rescheduled.
If a venue becomes unavailable, an alternative venue will be arranged where possible.
General
The information provided through Courageous Births and Beyond is intended for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for medical advice.
Any questions or concerns relating to your pregnancy, brith, postnatal recovery or health should be discussed with an appropriate healthcare professional.
Courageous Births and Beyond cannot be held responsible for decisions made by participants regarding their pregnancy, birth or postnatal care.
Attendance at a hypnobirthing course or participation in any service offered by Courageous Births and Beyond does not guarantee any particular birth outcome.
All course materials and resources remain the intellectual property of Courageous Births and Beyond and are provided for personal use only. They may not be copied, shared or distributed without permission.
